The “Increasing access to basic education in CLMV countries” project aims to assist the governments of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Viet Nam in providing out-of-school children (OOSC) with flexible learning strategies and non-formal education (NFE)/alternative education (AE) programmes to help them complete basic education.  The project employs the following three strategies to achieve this goal: 1) evidence-gathering; 2) policy-strengthening; and 3) service delivery through piloting.  The project will be implemented with the financial support of the ASEAN –ROK Cooperation Fund and technical support from Good Neighbors International, the ASEAN Secretariat and UNESCO Bangkok.
