On 5 June 2025, the Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy was officially launched at BPSDM BPPTIK (ICT Training Center) in Cikarang, Indonesia. Following the launch in Lao PDR on April 29, this marks the second launch of Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy in ASEAN Member States.

The Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy project aims to develop digital talent and create job-linked opportunities. Over the next year, approximately 200 students will benefit from these digital and AI-focused educational programs, thereby strengthening the country’s digital talent pool and contributing to the growth of Indonesia’s AI and digital industries.

The Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy is part of the Korea-ASEAN Digital Innovation Flagship (KADIF) project, supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF).
