Call for Application: ASEAN Smart City Professional Program (ASPP) 2025 Short-Term Training Course Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the call for applications for the ASEAN Smart City Professional Program (ASPP) 2025 Short-Term Training Course Scholarship. 

This capacity-building program aims to support smart city professionals in advancing data-driven smart city initiatives and urban planning. This programme is implemented by Seoul National University Global R&DB Centre and supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund.  

Training Period: 
22 August - 6 September 2025 

Qualifications: 

- Minimum three years of experience related to smart city

- Applicants must be nationals of ASEAN Member States 

- Ability to propose an institutional-level data-driven smart city project for the country or city they represent, and which have the potential for ASEAN-Korea cooperation

Important Dates: 

- Application Deadline: 20 June 2025, by 17:00 (KST) 

- Final Admission Announcement: After 17:00 (KST), 26 June 2025
